TOKIO HOTEL SAVE EUROPE'S HONOUR AT 2010 EMA'S ! ♥

Bei einer Preisverleihung, die sich „Europe Music Awards“ nennt, könnte man davon ausgehen, dass es europäische Acts sind, die die Preise am Ende mit nach Hause nehmen – aber Pustekuchen!

Aus Europa gab es bei der MTV-Preisverleihung 2010 nur einen Gewinner. Und der hieß Tokio Hotel.

In der Kategorie „Best World Stage Performance“ (bester Auftritt in der Show, MTV World Stage“) setzten sich die vier Magdeburger – und darauf kann man schon mal stolz sein – gegen US-Stars wie Pop-Mieze Katy Perry und die Rocker von Green Day durch.
Die Pop-Ehre ihres Kontinents konnten sie damit gerade noch retten!

ABER, EUROPA: WO SIND DEINE SUPERSTARS?

Abgesehen von den Tokio-Hotel-Jungs dominierten ausschließlich amerikanische Künstler die Preisverleihung. Dabei waren einige europäische Acts nominiert!

Apart from Tokio Hotel, the Awards were dominated mostly by American stars. Besides, some European Acts were nominated!

We did it! We rocked the vote! Tokio Hotel once again, came out on top as they pick up the MTV EMA gong for "Best World Stage Performance" 2010!
Although, the band were unable to attend the show, Bill and Tom sent a video-message to thank fans from Los Angeles!

There's no stopping Tokio Hotel. The four guys are internationally successful like barely any other German band before them. In 2010 they also added to their previous success. The band's electrifying stage shows are documented by their lastest album "Humanoid City Live" which was recorded during their "Welcome to Humanoid City" tour in 2010. They are also no strangers to the Europe Music Awards anymore. In 2008 Tokio Hotel won the Headliner award in Liverpool and the award for Best Group in Berlin in 2009.

The guys stayed down to earth despite praise by critics and numerous awards and they really flourish on stage. One can certainly expect that the future will also bring them some quite great successes.
